Whether we’re supporting you through an ongoing production partnership, or delivering a targeted batch of videos, our process is built to ensure every piece resonates with your audience and drives meaningful action. While it’s essential to communicate what we believe matters, it’s ultimately the viewers perspective that determines engagement—and that’s where we focus our creative energy.

Our ultimate goal isn’t just to create videos you’re proud of—it’s to build a collaborative, results driven process that amplifies the reach and effectiveness of your attorneys specialties and the stories of their former clients.


Terms and Conditions

Quote

Upon acceptance, this will constitute an Agreement between Wonderweave Studios, Inc. DBA Wonderweave Studios and The Matern Law Group (Client). In the event this agreement is not executed by Client within the time identified, the Quote, together with any related terms and conditions and/or deliverables, may be subject to amendment, change, or substitution.

Critical Assumptions

This proposal assumes that all videos will feature employee's of Matern Law group or former clients. Engaging the services of professional talent / actors will incur additional fess. Those fees will be presented to and approved by the Client prior to engagement.

All music licensing included in this proposal provides right and clearances for digital exploitation. Linear and OTT licensing is available for additional fees.

Scope of Services

Wonderweave Studios will provide full-service content creation. This includes, but is not limited to, concept development, scripting, production and post-production. Any additional services outside the agreed-upon scope may require a separate agreement or an amendment to this contract.

No Performance Guarantees

The Company does not guarantee any specific results, including but not limited to audience engagement, conversions, revenue generation, or other measurable performance outcomes. The effectiveness of video content and campaigns depends on various factors outside the Company’s control, such as market conditions, audience reception, and Client’s own marketing efforts.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, assets, approvals, and access required for the successful execution of the project in a timely manner. Any delays caused by the Client, including late approvals or failure to provide materials, may result in adjusted timelines or additional costs.

Revisions and Approval Process

Wonderweave Studios will allow for 2 rounds of revisions as outlined in the project scope. Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra fees. Once final approval has been given by the Client, any subsequent changes or edits will be treated as new work and subject to additional charges.

Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay the Company 50% of the project total upon execution of this agreement, with the balance due upon asset delivery. Late payments will be subject to interest charges of 10% per month. If payment is not received within 5 days of the due date, the Company reserves the right to pause work until the outstanding balance is paid. A 3% transaction fee will be added for credit card payments.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the project confidential and not disclose it to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.

Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 5 days of execution by written notice. If the Client cancels the project after production has begun, the Client will be responsible for all work completed up to the cancellation date, including any non-recoverable expenses incurred by the Company. If the Company terminates the agreement due to non-payment or breach of contract by the Client, all payments made up to that point are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any claims, damages, or losses resulting from the use of the produced content.

Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to perform due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, government restrictions, labor strikes, or technological failures.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in California, with each party bearing its own legal costs.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
